復職申請被駁回 李朝卿很失望

行政院訴願會日前公告撤銷內政部對李朝卿停職案，請內政部另為處分，內政部今天表示，經審視法律適用妥適性及案件最新事實基礎後，維持原有處分，駁回李朝卿的復職申請。李朝卿知悉後，今晚表示，政府不依法處理，讓他很失望。

李朝卿說，為何雲林、嘉義縣長涉案可以復職，唯獨南投縣長不可以，他是縣民一票一票選出來的，內政部的作法，對南投縣民也很不公平。李朝卿說，政府做事因人而異，不依法行政，是欺負人，且「挑軟柿子捏」。李朝卿說，他將和律師討論後，再決定要不要提訴願。
