Power 訪問數萬名車主後發現，語音辨識系統準確率不高，最受車主批評，導航系統也是抱怨很多的配備之一。 據J.D. Power 在今年2 至5 月共訪問近9 萬名新車主後發現，目前許多新車的科技設備都有問題，其中最受買主抱怨錯誤率偏高的是聲音辨識系統。根據消費者回報統計發現，聲音辨識系統最大問題在於經常無法辨識或出現辨識錯誤，其中無法辨識命令或辨識錯誤佔63％，名字與單字辨識錯誤占44％，數字則占31％。 排名在後的則是手機與汽車連結的藍牙無線技術，其他問題還包括行進時產生的風呼嘯聲與導航系...
