藍營徵召南大校長黃秀霜挑戰賴清德

國民黨台南市黨部上午11時召開委員會，會中宣布將徵召台南大學校長黃秀霜參選台南市長，呈報中央黨部提名小組審查後，明天由中常會核定。

據指出，國民黨台南市黨部主委謝龍介今年1月與黃秀霜校長接觸，先是覺得她治校理念好、行政經驗佳，如能以「政治素人」角色披掛上陣，能讓選民耳目一新。

再說，黃身兼台南市婦聯會副主委，也長期投入社會公益，她的丈夫陳響亮是台灣首府大學校長，兩人在教育界人脈豐沛，在台南有深厚根基，甚至中南部很多師資，都是出自台南大學，「相信她在教育界的影響力，能夠感染中南部選情。」

出席委員也認為，黃學歷好，以她「政治素人」形象參選，不僅能穩住基本盤，還能吸引中間選民，是代表國民黨參選台南市長的不二人選。
