(中央社記者江明晏台北2013年8月29日電)Sony(索尼)宣布推出Xperia M，搭載4吋螢幕與NFC功能，有4種色彩可選，單機建議售價新台幣8900元，遠傳電信 (4904) 9月2日起獨家開賣。

根據Google最新統計，台灣智慧型手機持有比率已超過50%，其中更有94%的用戶會透過智慧型手機看影片、聽音樂、玩遊戲。

遠傳看準消費者喜好多樣化選擇與豐富娛樂體驗的需求，將於 9月推出有品質、功能、價格要素的獨家機款Sony Xperia M。

Xperia M螢幕4吋，搭載雙核心處理器、NFC功能、500萬畫素相機支援自動對焦及HDR拍照，並有酷炫黑、明亮白、螢光黃、魔幻紫4款顏色，月付新台幣898元，搭配遠傳影城/Omusic一年專案，Xperia M購機390元。

Sony Mobile總經理林志遠表示， Xperia M的推出證明Sony Mobile在不斷搶攻高階市場的同時，不忘深耕中階手機市場，提供大眾最多元的選擇，Xperia M擁有優惠價格，卻具備多種Sony引以為傲的功能，包括具備HDR拍照的相機功能、支援NFC的One touch分享以及OmniBalance設計。
