審案致電丈夫 女法官休職半年

新北地方法院法官李昭融審理案件時對當事人態度不佳，還當庭致電法官配偶，討論案情。職務法庭今天決議予以休職六個月。

李昭融與法官丈夫解惟本各自審理某租屋糾紛案，案件當事人相同。

職務法庭指出，李昭融開庭時以輕蔑言詞或嚴厲辭色、或輕率譏諷態度回應當事人，例如「一件小小的租賃，你們要來多久？」、「你們不懂法律啊，不要再講了」、「我們講法律，你們不懂的話請把嘴巴閉起來」等言詞，審理案件態度不良，有損司法信譽。
