韓軍長：北韓已可使用鈾研製核武器

南韓國防部長金寬鎮，今天就北韓核武研發能力表示，據判斷，北韓已具備利用鈾研製核武器的能力。

南韓國防部長金寬鎮，出席國會質詢政府有關外交、統一、安全工作大會，具體評價北韓鈾核實力是非常罕見的事情。

有消息指出，北韓鮮已重新運轉寧邊核反應爐，對此金寬鎮說，據判斷，只是試驗性運轉，南韓軍方正在密切關注北韓，是否正式運轉核反應爐。

金寬鎮又說，有關北韓製造核武器的目的，主要目的包括與其他國家進行談判時，佔據優勢、獲得擁有核武國家地位、保持內部體制穩定、向南韓發起核威脅以掌握主動權。
