【時報記者張漢綺台北報導】2013年封關，櫃檯買賣指數以129.57點作收，小漲0.08點，成交量為282.06億元，創下2011年8月31日以來新高，累計2013年，櫃買指數共上漲26.28點，漲幅達25.44%。

櫃檯買賣中心在今年積極造市，突顯上櫃特色產業公司，並舉辦多場國內外的法人說明會，邀請上櫃公司說明公司營運狀況及產業前景，獲得外資與投信認同，在法人力挺上櫃中小型公司下，櫃買指數今年(2013年)漲幅高達25.44%，超越加權股價指數一年漲幅約11.83%，今天封關日以129.57點作收，亦創下2011年8月31日以來新高，表現相當亮眼。
