智慧手機專利 蘋果谷歌和解

（路透舊金山16日電）蘋果（Apple）與谷歌（Google）旗下的摩托羅拉行動公司（MotorolaMobility）已就智慧型手機技術專利訴訟達成和解。

蘋果公司與谷歌今天發表聯合聲明說，這項和解不包括互相授權對方使用自己的專利。

聲明說：「蘋果與谷歌還同意在某些專利改革領域合作。」

蘋果與採用谷歌Android系統的電話製造商在全球各地對彼此提起數十起訴訟，以保護自己的技術。蘋果主張，Android系統的手機仿冒iPhone。

根據兩家公司今天提出的申請，他們已經通知華府的聯邦上訴法庭撤銷案件。

然而這項協議似乎不適用於蘋果對三星電子的訴訟，因為法院沒有收到撤銷案件的通知。中央社（翻譯）
