標題[問題] 請教住新市、善化、安定人問題?

最近在做功課,想明年買房,目前考慮範圍是新市、善化、安定、仁德、歸仁,之前有提 問過新市善化的生活機能好像比安定好,但因為安定離市區也不遠,所以也是列入考慮 範圍,不過因為本身是住靠近仁德的舊台南市東區,所以對安定新市善化那帶不是挺了 解的,所以想請教一下新市、善化、安定有哪些地方會淹水,現在房子好貴啊,順便誠 徵一些也想要買房或已買房的人交個朋友,一起研究一下,要怎麼談價錢或看房子的好 壞,小弟我是要自住,希望明年能買到房子,價錢希望在700萬內透天,仁德、歸仁好像 新成屋很難有這個價錢,新市、善化也是,唉.......... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.172.104.95 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1406075740.A.F16.html
