越南2014年1至8月自美國進口貨品高達41億美元，較去年同期成長21.23%，主要進口產品為機械設備及其零件、電腦電子產品及其零件、各種棉花、飼料及其原料等。其中居首為機械設備及其零件(5億5,020萬美元，較去年同期成長11.7%，占越南該期自美國進口貨品總金額之13.1%)，其次為電腦電子產品及其零件(5億美元，成長26.27%)及各種棉花(3億9,940萬美元，成長14.88%)等。

綜觀，越南本年前8個月自美國進口貨品較去年同期成長者占7成以上，其中居首為菸草，成長261.13%；同期下降最多為糖果餅乾及五穀製品(-78.41%)。(資料來源：經濟部國貿局)
