交行高層 增持自家56萬股

大陸交通銀行公告，公司高層集體以人民幣212.3萬元（約新台幣1,038萬元）增持交行56萬股，顯示看好自家銀行前景。這在A股市場是創舉，分析稱，此舉有望提振銀行股行情，激發投資人逢低買進。

交行股票價格相較淨資產折價率在銀行股中最低，目前股價3.77元（約新台幣18元），淨資產5.92元（約新台幣29元），折價率36.3%。分析指出，大陸上市銀行股價表現和經營業務關聯度不高，股價低於淨資產，擁有長期投資價值。證監會曾表態鼓勵此類跌破淨值公司回購股份。

華爾街日報指出，13日和14日交通銀行13名董事和公司高層以自有資金從上海股市買入交行A股股票，成交價從每股3.75元到3.77元不等，總金額不低於人民幣212.3萬元。

據公告，買入股票者包括董事長牛錫明、行長彭純和副行長錢文揮等人。交行稱，上述人士自願承諾將所持股份自買入之日起，鎖定3年。
