基隆市議長黃景泰涉嫌以不實發票及估價單核銷，詐領市議會公款上千萬元，用來購買名牌包、支付生活開銷等，上個月5日被法院裁定收押禁見。檢方昨天以電話通知黃景泰妻子陳秋伶、近期北上協助輔選的陳秋伶弟弟，今早8點多以證人身分到調查局北部機動工作站釐清案情，目前2人仍在北機站應訊中。
