俄稱撤軍 歐盟：觀察是否行動

歐洲聯盟（EU）今天表示，正密切關注烏克蘭的情勢發展，並觀察俄羅斯總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）在聲稱把俄軍從烏克蘭邊界撤走後，是否會付諸行動。

北大西洋公約組織（NATO）今天表示，迄未看到俄羅斯從烏克蘭邊界撤軍的「任何跡象」；俄羅斯總統蒲亭昨天宣稱已把俄軍從烏克蘭邊界撤走。

北約秘書長拉斯穆森（Anders Fogh Rasmussen）在華沙說：「我跟各位保證，倘若我們看到他們實際上撤走軍隊的證據，我會是第一個表示歡迎的人。」
