路透23日報導，德國漢堡市21日頒布禁令，禁止智慧行動裝置應用程式（App）行動叫車服務Uber的駕駛在漢堡載客，除非他們取得「特殊執照」，若不從將面臨1000歐元（約台幣4萬元）的罰金。

這不是Uber第一次面臨禁止營運的困境，南韓首爾市22日以憂慮乘客安全問題及威脅的傳統計程車司機生計為由，擬禁止Uber在首爾營運。
