照顧老母病弟 兄偷拔鐵裝變賣

台中市李男平日靠拾荒為生，長期照顧老母與精神障礙的胞弟，但所得不足照顧一家三口，李潛入住家欲偷走鐵軌，被尤姓屋主發現，警方追查，發現李家境清寒，立即贈送白米、麵食物資，但李男竊盜為事實，警訊後仍依竊盜罪嫌移送。
