標題[請問] 母親無業勞保問題(跟工會)

各位前輩大家好想請教一下因為家中經濟因素父親已經勞保全休金全額一次領清目前母親繼續跟保(計程車工會) 想請問幾個問題如下： 1.google有提到，就算跟工會，政府會幫忙負擔40%勞保金額，是正確的嗎? (因為母親目前保的級距約40K出頭，勞健保每三個月要繳一萬多元) ↑因此看起來應該是全額自行負擔，請問這樣是正常的嗎 2.由於家中小孩我及弟弟已經在工作，我投保金額比母親高，弟弟剛就業(本新約25k) 由於我跟弟弟的勞健保，依法來說公司會幫忙負擔大部分想請問，如果母親跟我或弟弟保可以嗎? 如果可以會比較划算或是公司也會幫母親負擔部分嗎? note:第2個問題可能是無法對吧?因為母親說只有健保可跟子女但勞健保又須綁在一起想請問是否有關鍵字可提供搜尋，或是該尋求勞保局協助? 主要是想減輕一點支出開銷謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.93.122
