美尋求直接制裁普亭？ 俄斥荒唐

美聯社報導，英國泰晤士報18日引述匿名消息人士的話指出，美國正尋求直接制裁俄羅斯總統普亭的可能性，並指出普亭的瑞士帳戶約存有400億美元，克里姆林宮發言人佩斯科夫20日駁斥這項直接以普亭為制裁目標的報導「荒唐可笑」。

東烏克蘭動亂惡化，美國、歐盟與俄、烏達成協議後，美國警告，若是俄國不協助降低東烏危機，美國考慮進一步制裁俄國。美國之前的制裁僅以普亭的圈內人為目標，並未及於普亭。

佩斯科夫告訴莫斯科回聲電台說：「這顯然是個騙局，而且是荒謬的騙局。」

當記者進一步追問這是否意謂普亭「無所畏懼」時，佩斯科夫說：「他為何要怕制裁，尤其是這麼荒謬的一個。我們只會嘲笑了事。」

根據泰晤士報，美國正尋求瑞士支持此舉。
