儘管面臨開發中國家市場的不穩定情況，美國聯邦準備理事會（FED）29日仍宣布縮減量化寬鬆（QE）政策的規模，每個月的購債金額從750億美元減少為650億美元。

FED去年12月才宣布從今年1月起縮減QE的規模，每月購債規模從最初的850億美元減碼為750億美元，宣告美國在2008年金融海嘯後的刺激經濟方案退場跨出第一步。
