韓職／韓華鷹開下去 簽下雙城左投Albers

韓國職棒韓華老鷹隊，日前將明尼蘇達雙城隊40人名單左投Andrew Albers的合約買斷，Albers同時同意老鷹隊所開出的條件到韓國發展，將在2月初飛往沖繩，向春訓基地報到。

今年27歲的Albers是加拿大籍，左投右打，身高185公分，體重88公斤。2008年業餘選秀在第十輪被聖地牙哥教士隊選走。他的職業生涯並不順遂，新人聯盟僅出賽5場就受傷接受韌帶置換手術。2009整季報銷，隔年被教士隊釋出。

Albers從加拿大的獨立聯盟重新開始，以不錯的表現在2011年春訓獲得雙城隊的一紙合約，在高階1A開季。從此一飛衝天，2013年8月初升上大聯盟，當時還是3A國際聯盟的三振王，儘管不是強力速球型投手。

Albers 的大聯盟菜鳥年留下2勝5敗，防禦率4.05的成績，去年在大聯盟僅僅先發10場卻是全隊唯一有完投完封紀錄的投手，最後還獲得雙城隊小聯盟年度最佳投手。他的加入不但補強了韓華老鷹隊去年積弱不振的的洋投陣容，也使自己今年季後就取得自由球員身分，比待在大聯盟提早不少時間。
