摩托羅拉行動 29億賣聯想

大陸「聯想集團」證實，將以29億美元向「Google」收購「摩托羅拉」手機業務。

「聯想集團」前不久才以23億美元，買下IBM X86伺服器，現在再下一城，收購「摩托羅拉」；根據最新的收購協議，「摩托羅拉」3500名員工，2000項專利、品牌及商標，還有全球50多家營運商的合作關係，全都納入「聯想集團」。

在這29億美元的收購協議中，「聯想」將支付6.6億美元現金，還有7.5億美元的「聯想」股票，另外15億美元將以三年本票支付。

「聯想集團」的手機業務目前主要分布在中國、印尼、俄羅斯等新興國家，而收購

「摩托羅拉」將使得「聯想」得以快速進入全球主要的手機市場，特別是歐美國家，這凸顯出「聯想」意欲進軍全球的旺盛企圖心。
