包子店自從金融海嘯後就沒再發績效獎金只有保障14個月~但離職率卻沒因此增加被併購之後過幾年的確轉虧為盈有很大部分就是降低人事成本譬如外勞引進、減少員工福利聽資深員工說跟當年幸福企業落差實在太大也因為員工多是南部人也莫可奈何其實包子店獲利確實比戀人略好些但是就算不發獎金包子員工也是很忠心沒什人離職如果你是老闆你還願意發嗎? 反而戀人是北部公司只要沒有大於14個月或是福利縮水肯定會一大票人跳槽他處所以公司根本不敢不發~就算去借錢也要給員工好過年所以大家只好認命 ※ 引述《Guuu (Guu)》之銘言： : 戀人不是聽說去年有轉虧為盈 : 不知道有沒趁機犒賞員工呢 : 請問一下戀人今年年終多少呢？ : 不同尺寸會有差嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.126.179
