標題[請益] offer請益 台G v.s 奇美材料

小弟畢業於4大化學所 目前有收到兩份offer 台G有紙本 奇美材料目前口頭offer 但是實在是有點難選 公司 台積電 奇美材料 地點 南科 南科 職務 製程工程師(擴散) 光學工程師 薪資 N N-2 年薪 14+分紅 14＋季獎金＋分紅 工時 8:00~22:00 8:00~18:00 住宿 租屋 租屋 福利 優 優 台積電我覺得優點就是錢多，公司名稱響亮 對於以後換工作幫助算大 不過工作內容就是高級技術員，工時長，很操 但是擴散好像又稍微好一點 奇美材料算是正常上下班 年薪較台G少 職位光學工程師，工作上所學到的聽主管敘述應該比台積電多 但是跟化學本業較不相關 且公司似乎名氣較小 以後要是適應不好 想換回化學相關工作可能比較不利？ 感覺各有優缺 希望大家指點,謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.219.211
